I reached out last week, amid the Covid-19 shutdowns and half-operations, because we needed someone to come and service our furnace, as well as help with the thermostat that kept going out. They set up an appointment right away and showed up when they said they would. Shane was great, very quick, quiet, and courteous. My husband was working from home and my daughter was with us. Shane got right to work and was done quickly. He showed me photos of a few areas that needed cleaning, so I set that up too. He left and came back within 30 minutes to clean the coils. Good price and excellent work. I highly recommend this company.
Our A/C was having issues delivery optimal airflow and cool temperatures. S&N responded immediately back to my request and wrote back with some immediate feedback (unlike a lot of the contacts I messaged). He was quick to schedule a meeting and, on the day of the appointment, thoroughly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the issue. I will definitely be reusing the services from this company in the future for any subsequent issues.
Shane was out of control GOOD. Me and my wife have been tossing and turning all night for SEVERAL HOT nights because I could not figure out our A/C problem. Had called other repair services that just jacked me around. TOTAL waste of time. I called S & N mechanical from a yelp search. They are VERY courteous and very helpful and got me on their schedule for that day. (Mind you this is early Summer in the middle of a heat wave.) Shane, their Tech showed up on time and I gave him our problem history……then I left him alone to work….I did not want to interfere with his diagnosis. Note. Shane is VERY polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had our situation (which is not the usual…….we had a dead mouse clogging our a/c condensation drain line plugging the drain causing the water sensor to shut our system down) diagnosed and resolved promptly. He even told me about the dead mouse in confidentiality without my wife’s knowledge so as not to concern her. Nice job, Shane! Shane arrived on time, wore shoe booties to keep our home clean. Wore a mask which I did not require…he removed it when I said it was not necessary, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. We’re going to sleep good tonight in our cool bedroom. Nice job, Shane! Our air conditioner has not worked for over a year and we thought we would have to replace it and the furnace. Sean was wonderful! He not only gave us a quote that was below others, he did not try to tell us all our vents and wiring needed to be replaced. Most importantly, Sean checked our AC and discovered we only needed a few parts. Sean and S&N Mechanical will always be the first company I will call with any issues related to heating and air conditioning. I highly recommended this company.
New to Colorado but not new to how hot it can get! We used to come camping as a family when I was a kid every year. So, know how important a working A/C can be when the summer heat hits! S&N did a very thorough job of inspecting my AC and getting it ready for summer. He also found a bad wire that could have caused issues down the line for me. I also appreciate that he was wearing his mask, very courteous, and answered and explained all of my questions. Receipt came with details on the work performed…thank you for a job well done, Shane.
S&N responded immediately to my request for repair on our AC unit. He had an open time the next day, texted when he was on his way, and was right on time. We reached out for an A/C installation, and S&N has hit it out of the park. We had a couple set backs (unit out of stock, some delivery mixups) that were out of Shane’s control, and he made sure it did not impact us negatively. We couldn’t be happier with our final unit, but more importantly, we could not be happier with our experience with S&N.
